How do I redeem a KitchenAid discount code?
The KitchenAid website offers a simple way to add your discount code at the checkout. Here’s a detailed step-by-step process:
- Get a valid code: The Home Beautiful Deals Team test every KitchenAid discount code and offer before adding it here, so simply select one and you’ll get the code and offer details when you click on it.
- Shop on the Australian website: To make it easy, we’ll open a new window that takes you straight to the relevant section of the site, where you can then choose your KitchenAid products and add them to cart.
- Choose any personalisations or add-ons: For select KitchenAid products, including stand mixers, you can request complimentary custom engraving. KitchenAid also recommends attachments and accessories for many products, which you can click to add to your cart. When you’ve confirmed your choices, simply click through to the checkout.
- Log in (optional): If you have an account on the KitchenAid website, log in for a faster checkout. Otherwise, you can easily checkout as a guest.
- Add the code: Select the ‘Order summary’ to reveal the discount code field, enter your code where it says ‘Discount code or gift card’ and click ‘Apply’ to update your order.

How we curate KitchenAid discount codes and deals
With premium designs, beautiful colours and versatile attachments, KitchenAid remains an iconic brand that can elevate any kitchen space. The Home Beautiful team also know KitchenAid pieces can be an investment, and that’s where our in-house Deals Team can help. Drawing on our established network of partners, trusted sources and regular, independent research, we curate this edit of KitchenAid discount code offers, deals and promotions for our readers.
Our strategy also involves personally testing each discount code on the KitchenAid website, reviewing the terms and conditions, and removing expired deals. We also highlight key offer details and valuable deals, resulting in an edit of KitchenAid promo codes and offers that are relevant, valuable and ready for you to shop with.
Top tips to ensure a KitchenAid discount code works
- Paste or enter the code exactly as it’s printed. Make sure the numbers, letters and any other characters are identical, including any capitalisation, as this can affect the validity of the code.
- Check if there is a minimum order value. Some KitchenAid promo codes include a minimum order value you need to meet before the code will apply. For example, the newsletter offer gives you a 10% discount on your first order when you spend a minimum of $100. If you had a cart value of $99, this code wouldn’t work.
- Confirm any other discount code requirements. For example, an offer may apply to a specific product range or category, which means the code would only work for items that qualify.
- Check if there’s any other discounts or promotions for your items. KitchenAid discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, unless the code explicitly states otherwise. Some discounts also automatically apply at the checkout. So if you’re buying something that’s already reduced in price, a code won’t typically apply.
- Make sure the code is active. Check the expiry date on your code to ensure it’s still valid, as KitchenAid discount codes only last for a limited time. The Home Beautiful Deals Team include key details on promotional periods and remove expired offers to make this easier when you’re sourcing discount codes and offers for KitchenAid.
These steps resolve most of the common issues with KitchenAid discount codes. But you can also contact KitchenAid’s customer service if you’re unable to use a code, or if one is added but the order value doesn’t change. Just make sure you do so before paying as codes can’t be applied after a purchase is processed.
Editor’s pick: How to get 10% off through KitchenAid’s newsletter
One of the easiest ways to get a KitchenAid discount code is by subscribing to the brand’s newsletter. You can do this via the signup page, or just go to the footer of the website and enter your email address where it says ‘Get 10% off your next order’. After that, you’ll receive a welcome email with your unique 10% discount code.
When I signed up, the email was in my inbox within a few minutes – here’s how it looked:

What to know about this KitchenAid discount code
- It’s only valid on orders of $100 or more
- You can use it to save on full-price items on the KitchenAid website
- It’s not valid with other promotions and can’t be stacked with other discount codes
- The code expires 30 days from when it’s emailed to you
Editor’s note: As a Deals Editor – and with more than 17 years of experience as a lifestyle and personal finance journalist – my take on this code is that it offers a simple way to save on full-price KitchenAid stand mixers and other products. But if there’s a sale, or you’re able to wait for one, you may find what you want is discounted by more than 10%. So keep that in mind to ensure you get the most value for money when you’re shopping.
More ways to save and get value with KitchenAid
Beyond a KitchenAid discount code or deal, some of the other ways to get more value include:
- Birthday offer: KitchenAid offers 10% off your first order over $1oo when you subscribe to the newsletter, which also gives you access to other exclusive deals, including a birthday offer, as well as the latest news.
- Price matching: If you find a KitchenAid product at a lower price with another Australian retailer, you can request a price match. This is particularly helpful when you want to take advantage of engraving or other services available through kitchenaid.com.au.
- Free engraving: Buy a stand mixer or blender directly through the website and you can add up to two lines of engraving for free.
- Refurbished items: KitchenAid offers a selection of certified refurbished stand mixers at a discounted price, with a 1-year warranty and free shipping. When I checked, there was a selection of Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixers (model KSM193) reduced from $599 to $499. All are unused or lightly used, and inspected and certified by KitchenAid before being added to this collection, too.
- Stockist promotions: Check the range of KitchenAid products with retailers such as David Jones and The Good Guys, which run separate promotions that may offer bigger discounts depending on when you’re shopping.
How often does KitchenAid have sales?
KitchenAid has sales and other deals throughout the year, with a dedicated sale section on the website. You can also usually save on KitchenAid appliances during major sales including Click Frenzy, Black Friday and Boxing Day.
You can also find sales during other seasonal and calendar events. For example, KitchenAid had a Valentine’s Day sale in Feburary 2026 where Home Beautiful found discounts of up to $200 on select stand mixer models, up to 20% off accessories, up to $300 off select coffee machines and more discounts on blenders and other appliances.
What gets discounted during a KitchenAid sale?
Based on my research – and the years of KitchenAid sales-tracking insights from both myself and the wider Home Beautiful team – major sales often cover most KitchenAid product ranges across the site. This typically includes a selection of these best-selling product ranges:
- Tilt-Head Stand Mixers
- Bowl Lift Stand Mixers
- Stand mixer accessories
- Espresso machines
- Hand mixers and hand blenders
I’ve often seen smaller appliances on sale too, as well as gift with purchase offers during seasonal promotions.
But there are usually a few exclusions during sales, such as new or limited-edition releases.
Editor’s tip: If you’re shopping during Black Friday or another major sale event, check the promotions on KitchenAid as well as other retailers such as David Jones, Myer and The Good Guys as stock and offers may vary. Just keep in mind that buying direct with KitchenAid does allow you to get free engraving and other benefits, depending on what you buy.
KitchenAid FAQs: Discounts, delivery and more
Is there a student discount at KitchenAid?
No, KitchenAid doesn’t currently offer a student discount in Australia. But if you’re studying and signed up for a student discount platform, you could request they try to get one. Otherwise, you can use any of the discount codes and deals tested by Home Beautiful to save, with no need to verify your student status.
Does KitchenAid offer any seniors or essential worker discounts?
KitchenAid doesn’t currently offer any specialised discounts just for Seniors Cardholders. The same goes for essential workers. You can get discounts with our verified offers, or sign up to the KitchenAid newsletter for a 10% welcome discount and updates on the latest news and promotional offers.
Does KitchenAid have a promo code for free shipping?
You may not need a code, because all KitchenAid orders over $99 get free standard delivery anywhere in Australia, which is automatically applied at the checkout. With premium appliances like these, that’s likely to cover most, if not all, orders.
When do delivery fees apply and how much are they?
If your order is under $99, standard delivery fees will be displayed at the checkout. To give you an idea, when I checked addresses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, there was a $10 standard delivery for a cart under $99.
It’s worth noting most of the items I found under $99 were accessories, which you could potentially add to a larger purchase to save on shipping (or even on the accessories if there’s a bundle offer).
Express delivery fees (NSW only)
KitchenAid offers express delivery of $9.95 for orders over $99, and $19.95 for orders under $99 in NSW.
Will a KitchenAid discount code cancel out free shipping?
It’s unlikely that a discount code would take your order under $99 if you’re buying KitchenAid appliances (rather than accessories). For example, the 3.5 Cup Mini Food Chopper was one of the lowest priced appliances when I checked, retailing for $149. With a 10% discount, the price would come down to $134.10 and still qualify for free shipping. In fact, even a 20% discount on this would qualify for free shipping.
Another way to think about this: If you have a 10% discount code, aim to use it on qualifying items with a cost over $110. If you have a bigger discount, you can always get details at the checkout and consider updating your cart – I found a mini maplewood spatula for $9.95 that I’d consider adding, especially as it’s around the same cost as shipping fees anyway.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your order and location, but typically take 4 to 10 business days after they are dispatched. Before that, there’s also a handling timeframe of 3 to 5 business days, and an additional 5 to 7 business days for engraved products. So allow between 9 and 17 business days for standard delivery.
If you’re in NSW and pay for express delivery, the estimated timeframe is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. For non-engraved items, the handling time before dispatch is shortened to 2 days. But for engraving there is still an additional 5-7 business days. So your express order could take between 5 and 12 business days.
What is the return policy?
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it for free within 30 days of delivery. You can submit a return request online with proof of purchase. Just make sure the product is in a re-saleable condition, with original packaging and user guides. Also keep in mind that this only applies to purchases made directly through kitchenaid.com.au. So if you’ve bought items with another retailer, refer to their return policy instead.
If an item is damaged or there are other issues, contact KitchenAid to discuss your options under warranty and Australian consumer law.
How can I pay for my KitchenAid order?
KitchenAid accepts Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay and Zip Pay, as well as digital gift cards.
My favourite things about KitchenAid as a Deals Editor
It’s no secret the Home Beautiful team love KitchenAid, with products featuring in our articles, specific review and our homes. Home Beautiful Editor Elle Lovelock has even said the KitchenAid Semi Automatic Espresso Machine With Burr Grinder “made me ditch coffee pods for good”. Meanwhile, contributor Janet Guan credited the KitchenAid Cordless Go hand mixer for rekindling her love of baking. And the much-loved Artisan Stand Mixer even featured in an article about life-changing small appliances from 2018.
Personally, I always look forward to KitchenAid’s colour of the year for on-trend styling insights, and have dreams of featuring the stand mixer on my kitchen bench (which come closer to a reality with a discount code or major sale).
While you can buy KitchenAid appliances with plenty of authorised retailers in Australia, the brand’s website has perks they don’t. As well as free engraving, this can include exclusive promotions and deals at different times of the year. We regularly check for these offers and add them here, so you can simply bookmark this page to find them.
