Brooke & Michelle’s garden
Luke and Cody transformed the front yard of Brooke and Michelle’s South Australia home. Already charming, with its sandstone and red brick facade, the look is now complete with an elegant white fence and lamp post. Judge Wendy Moore felt the boys did a great job of enhancing the beauty of a stunning home.
Claire & Hagan’s dining room
The Queensland twins upcycled a vintage bike into an industrial chandelier for the Victorian team’s industrial-style dining space, which judge Joe Snell dubbed “a great design.”
Brooke & Michelle’s kitchen
A glamorous splashback, cool cabinetry and and a cantilevred stone benchtop were the winning ingredients in the South Australian team’s kitchen, along with a storage-busting concealed pantry.
Fil & Joe’s teenage boy’s room
Cool style prevailed in Fil and Joe’s son Jayden’s room, which had everything from a great colour scheme to a private deck and neat study nook – perfect for a teenage boy.
Fil & Joe’s ensuite
The judges loved everything about the ensuite in the Melbourne team’s home, with Wendy labelling the Art Deco-inspired bathroom “the best room in the house”. The boys were off to a flying start.
Charity house garden
And on to the last step on the road to the final – the wonderful work Luke and Cody did in the renovation for the Leukaemia Foundation, including devising this beautiful, tranquil garden.
