The classic styling of this doyenne of kitchen appliances has stood the test of time in kitchens for over a century, given its first release in 1919. The latest incarnation looks like it just stepped off the culinary catwalk.
Released late last year as part of the brand’s Design Series Stand mixers, KSM180 Blossom is a pale thyme green colour inspired by aromatic herbs and edible flowers, as depicted in the pretty petaled design on the hub cover and tiny botanical accents on the coordinated trim.
The soft-touch velvety satin finish is paired with a unique hammered copper bowl, designed to develop a patina over time. It’s the most personal mixer to grace our benchtops yet, just aching to be paired with copper cookware, rose gold tapware and the textured tones of eucalyptus green we’re loving in interiors right now.
