The mother of two has recently come to the small screen with the Netflix series Bird Box but made her name in Hollywood in blockbusters such as Gravity and romantic comedies While You Were Sleeping, The Proposal and the once-upon-a-prom-queen romance Hope Floats.
Most recently the Tybee Island family property has been rented out as a holiday home and sits in a dreamy coastal location 20 minutes outside Savannah. Reportedly the most expensive listing in the area, the best news is that with the sale the home comes fully furnished in classic coastal decorating style, except for a few personal items.
The entire property covers almost three acres, including private access to a stunning white-sand beach on the North Atlantic Ocean. The gorgeous property includes a large pool adjacent to a guest house with a crow’s nest, game room, home gym and basketball court.

The kitchen ticks our dream home boxes with shaker-style cabinetry, a ceramic sink and Wolf appliances. Timber benchtops include a clever marble inset running along the servery, the other side of which acts as a breakfast bar.
A mezzanine level leads to a balcony with sweeping views of the ocean. Downstairs, generous multiple verandahs (or should we say ‘porches’ as we’re in the South?) are filled with luxurious beach-style furniture that beckon relaxation to while away the hours.
