In episode seven of Cooks Co-op, chef Martin Boetz catches up with his good friend and baker extraordinaire, Lynne Trappel from Bowen Mountain Bread. The pair meet up at Lynne’s Hawkesbury region home, where she has set up a micro-business, supplying her gorgeous sourdough to the local area.
