EPISODE 20 (part 2):

In the previous episode, Cooks Co-op chefs Martin Boetz and Marco Schmutz showed you two ways to prepare fresh mullet fillets for the wood-fired pizza oven. In this episode, the pair show you how to cook them, with their finished dishes judged by local Hawkesbury Regional Museum staff. Who will win the Cooks Co-op cook off?
