1. Elevate your beauty cabinet

Some products can be made of virgin plastic bottles or include toxic ingredients that are harmful to the environment and waterways (parabens, for instance, have been found in the tissues of marine animals).
You don’t need to ditch your self-care routine to aim to be more sustainable, as there’s a rising tide of brands changing the beauty game. Before you shop, research the brand and check the product list.
