Even a celebrity has to renovate her house some time and it’s gratifying to learn that the process no less stressful than for the rest of us. Luckily there’s social media on which to share your pain – and ours are jealous pains – as Ms Moore makes us green with envy for the beautiful furnishings and fittings in her mid-century modern mansion.
Working with the incredible team of interior designer Sarah Sherman Samuel and architect Emily Farnham, Moore has been carving out a brand new life for herself with a nod to the iconic decorating style of the 60s and 70s, incorporating the best of mid-century design in custom built elements, lush furnishings and high end detailing.
The results are delectable!

Did somebody say “mint and marble”?? The way the veins in the marble is echoed in the trees just outside the window of Mandy’s kitchen is nothing short of inspired. Soft minty tones in the cabinetry invite Mother Nature to the party, without stealing attention from her. The poured terrazzo floor with inlaid brass kicks serious style goals.
