The London home Kate Middleton shared with her sister Pippa before she married Prince William has sold recently for $3.35m.
The three-bedroom apartment was purchased by Kate and Pippa’s parents in 2002, and cost $1.4m at the time.
Spread out over three floors, the apartment features a large living room, dining room with built-in shelves, and a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and views of the Chelsea neighbourhood.
There is also a large dining room with book-lined shelves and French doors which open out to a wrought-iron balcony.
The bedrooms are light and airy and decorated in neutral tones.
Kate moved out of the apartment after her 2011 wedding to Prince William, and the couple now live at Kensington Palace with their three children.
Sister Pippa lives with her husband, James Matthews, and their son, Arthur, just down the road from the home she once shared with Kate.
