Actress Jennifer Lawrence has sold her New York City Penthouse apartment for $12 million ($18.5 million AUD).
The Academy Award-winner had to slash the original asking price over the seven months the property was listed.
She originally purchased the luxury condo for $15.6 million ($25 million AUD) in August 2016.
The three-bedroom, two story-home is accessed via a key-locked elevator and private vestibule. It has high ceilings, 360-degree views of the city through almost floor-to-ceiling windows, a great room with a two-sided limestone fireplace and a custom kitchen, according to the real estate listing.
The oversized master bedroom opens out onto one of two huge oversized terraces complete with outdoor kitchen and fireplace with pergola.
