There’s nothing better than serving a nice glass of pink Moscato on a hot summer’s night – or any night, to be honest!

Well now you can do that in style, without breaking the bank!

A bottle of Aussie Moscato recently picked up TWO huge awards at the National Moscato Challenge – and it only costs $6.

Available only from BWS, the Chancellor & Co’s Sparkling Pink Moscato won ‘Best in Show’ as well as ‘Best Sparkling Moscato’ at the prestigious competition – convincingly beating much more expensive competitors.

Now that’s pretty impressive – and did we mention, it only cost SIX DOLLARS?!?! That’s a tenth of the price of fancy French champagne and less than a hundredth of the price of an award-winning Grange wine!

The wine is described as ‘full of fresh and fruity character’ with each sip promising an ‘exciting aroma of musk, rose, citrus and pear to start things off with a developing palate of apple and sweet citrus peel following.’

This isn’t the first time that a super cheap find has won some top wine prizes, proving that you can get a top drop for way under $10.

Earlier this year, a $7 Coles white wine was named the best in Australia, while a budget ALDI wine picked up a top gong as well.

“Winning awards for three of our wines are testament to the excellent calibre of Aldi’s Australian suppliers and our commitment to creating quality wines that are great value,” Aldi Buying Director Jason Bowyer said. “We are absolutely thrilled.”
