Revealed: Channel 7’s House Rules Judging Line-Up

The 2020 season is set for a shake up with two new judges and a brand new host

Our favourite reno reality show House Rules will return in 2020, and it’s taking things to the next level. Heading in to it’s eighth season, it’ll see eight new teams transforming high-rise penthouses on the Gold Coast, as well as handing over their own homes to their competitors for mind-boggling makeovers.

The sky-high challenge isn’t the only change though, with Jamie Durie moving into the regal role of host for season eight after the departure of Johanna Griggs. He’ll be joined by co-host Channel 7 presenter Abbie Gelmi.

Filling his spot on the judging panel will be builder Saul Myers, a face you might remember from Home Beautiful’s Beach House project. In the popular video series, Saul’s beach shack was transformed into a seaside oasis – we can’t wait for his prime time debut!
